Call your vet. A drug such as Rimadyl or Deramaxx can be a big help. Just don't give aspirin or you won't be able to give these because they are NSAIDS. The sooner it is given after the symptoms start, the better it works.
Good luck! She will also feel better on her own, but the meds will make her comfortable in the meantime.

If I give anything I usually give aspirin for the proper size. I wont tell you what the dosage should be as i feel you should consult with your vet before giving aspirin. Most of the time cold or limp tail will resolves on its own.
