10 month old pit bull has 48 hours

The Lycoming County (PA) SPCA has a 10 month old male pit bull who was to be put down today. He has no bite history and has been temperment tested and the results are "he is a good, sweet boy". After much pleading from some caring folks, he has been given an extra 48 hours before he is euthanized. This little guy was hit by a car and has a leg injury which was not treated. He needs surgery (he is in a lot of pain). . . either amputation (which is the easiest way out) or by a specialist who can repair the leg. He also has not yet been neutered, which will also need to be done. Please pm me if you can help or would like more information. Thanks.
