Great pictures. I only have 2 on my camera of jumps. The other ones I took are on a camera that got wet. Hopefully I can get them off the camera this week. Sorry guys not that many pictures this trip.

I was just thinking... the coonhound water events run multiple dogs at once across the water and to the pole/tree. So, maybe it would benefit Sammy to have another dog up on the dock with him who isn't worried about jumping in off the dock? Being up there with another dog and watching them jump just ahead of them seems to help a lot of new dogs, and, especially given Sammy's past water-type exposure, it might be a big incentive and help for him, too. So, if you're ever at another event with us, just come find me and I'd be happy to bring Aro or Jack Tar up there with him. Sweet!

that is an excellent idea.
when he did the coonhound race, he raced against 3 other dogs.
no hesitation - he leaped in & swam as though he had been swimming for years. same with his dad - adonis will dive off at the coonhound races, but not in the pool. he won't swim unless there is a raccoon involved :-)
they really are motivated to be the first dog to the tree.
now to find another event nearby LOL
