The yellow lab in the Intellabs photo is Oberon (like the beer, but not named after the beer. Maybe, I should see if Bell's wants to sponsor him. Jason, thanks for taking the picture of Oberon. Excellent photography.

Digger might catch a fish with his head first landing and all. It would be pretty funny to see Digs come up with a fish.

Hahaha just imagine the look on the spectators' faces! Priceless Ultimate Air Elation

Oh and I love the picture (I think it was by Brian) of the dog jumping (seemingly) over the boat. Very neat!

Jason. Truly amazing. I tried to flash on Sunday and wasn't very happy with the results.

I haven't had time to process all my photos yet. When does the contest typically start?

It starts the day of the event and ends 1 week after the event is done. You've still got time. I did end up tossing over 1/2 of the pics I took. I think I hit the limitations of my camera body with that monster L lens. If I had a 5D or even a 50D I would have been much happier. There was still a lot of noise in a lot of my photos that I was not happy with. Anyone know of a killer deal on a 40D or 50D body...?

I think ours is for sale for say 3200 bucks and we may even include the 20D. And all the efs lenses. Ultimate Air Elation Then we could upgrade to that new 5d Mark 2. 21 megapixels Golly Gee! , full frame sensor, digimarc 4 processor need I go on.

Right dad? Sounds fair to me! Ultimate Air Elation

I would *really* *really* like to buy a 5D Mark II this year... and with that said... I would be up for selling on of our 40D's. I will definitely let you know when I am ready to do that.

Great pics Jason! I just wish that Copper would have jumped that weekend so that you could have taken some pics of him too! He decided that the water was way too cold for his taste so we ended up pulling him. Too bad!

That water really wasn't bad. Joe was telling me that when they filled the pool there were 8 hoses filling it and 4 of them were run thru a boiler to warm them. The water was pretty good considering how much there was and how long to pool had been up. I guess they needed warmer water for teh fish.
