Fun Flyball videos...

Here are some videos from the last tournament. Someone took them for us so we could see how our passes were. If you aren't familiar, you want the two dogs to cross the line at the same time, optimally. Of course this is harder than you think lol. If the outgoing dog gets to the line before the incoming dog you get flagged and that dog must rerun at the end of the race for the race to count. You can see the last pass of the first video doesn't get any closer than that! The first video is of our team Island Dogs. Jubilee used to run on this team but we moved her to help out another one of our teams. There are some great passes on this video. The second one is Jubilee's team, Barking at the Moon. She can pass even tighter but this is a good race for this team. The passes are decent, the start was great, and the slowest dog on the team, the older grt, ran as fast as she ever has. We almost broke out of our division lol. Kodi the cockapoo brings in the win!

Thanks...we have been having some issues but they are starting to come together nicely. The last pass on the first video is 1 - a relatively new dog and 2 - that was her first tourney NOT as a start dog. Her owner handled her beautifully. She is a very consistent dog so I was the coach for that team so I just kept moving her up by half a foot and then she nailed it!

It really is a blast. I like the whole "team" atmosphere and we have a great group so it has been very nice.
