For those of you who may remember, April Hargraves was at the recent Detroit event with her BC, Storm.
Festival of Fun
Disc Dog trial in Clarkston, MI
July 4, 2008
Hosted by MI Disc Dog Club
Registration will begin at noon, competition begins at 1pm.
This will be a Toss & Fetch event with Freestyle Demos.
Entry fees: $5 per dog
Divisions:
Pro Toss & Fetch
Novice Toss & Fetch
Junior Handler Toss & Fetch
Clintonwood Park, 6000 Clarkston Road, Clarkston, MI
Directions:
From the East: M-59 to I-75 North to exit # 89 (Sashabaw Road) follow signs to DTE Music Theater go past the DTE Music Theater to the next traffic light - Clarkston Road- turn left on Clarkston Road - the park will be a little way down on the right side.
From the West: I-69 to I-75 south to exit #89 (Sashabaw Road) follow signs to DTE Music Theater go past the DTE Music Theater to the next traffic light - Clarkston Road- turn left on Clarkston Road - the park will be a little way down on the right side.
When you enter the park - make an immediate left towards the baseball diamonds - there should be someone directing traffic into the park - tell this person you are with the Frisbee dogs and they should be
able to direct you to the event - There is a $5 parking fee -
The event will take place on the 1st baseball diamond (same as last year).
Things to Bring: Your dog, shade tent, crate, leash and collar (all dogs must be on leash unless competing), and water for you and your dog. We will have a doggie pool available to keep all the dogs cool.
There are several activities going on at the festival and concession stands will be available.

Theres a reason not to go. BC's They are taking over all the events. I think they need to make a seperate class for BC's and their owners lol
J/K Maybe once they take a pointing dog title I might feel that way lol.
You didnt see my last attempt Kel.......We even got a trophy for it lol

that is so true-they are just good at everything!! and since they like to try anything they master it all!!
I just wasn't getting the "BC"-i am at work and am half brain dead but i just couldn't get those initials.

Kel-you are so right!! GSD's are great at everything, all dogs are if they have the right love at the end of the leash!!!
